2025, WRAPPED – THE CALYPSO EDITION

What a year. 2025 stretched us, shaped us and sharpened our creative edge. So, we decided to do a little reflection and look at what we learned and how we grew this year – you know, those life skills we’re definitely taking into 2026 with us.

  #1 Bigger playgrounds
We stepped into new industries, took on braver briefs and pushed ourselves to do bolder thinking. While it wasn’t always rainbows and butterflies, we count ourselves lucky that we got to partner with brands that trusted us to lead and challenged us to grow. We learned that when we’re invited to play in the big leagues, we bring our best.

  #2 Sharper instincts
2025 was the year we questioned everything. We asked, “how do we really tug on the heartstrings of our customer” and “what’s the real problem we’re solving here?” Our gut became our guide – not just creatively, but in the way we were selective in what we decided to pursue, and what to politely say “pass” on.

  #3 Boundary lessons (the hard kind)
We didn’t master balance – in fact, we flirted with burnout more than once. But 2025 taught us what happens when you overextend, overcommit and overdeliver – and we’re walking into 2026 with a lot more awareness. We're learning that growth doesn’t have to come at the cost of sanity, and that sometimes, the most creative thing you can do is say: “this can wait.”

  #4. Teamwork that slaps.
We’ve always known our power lies in collaboration, but this year we really leaned into it. Gone are the days of a copywriter sending a deck of words to the designer, and “hello” to collaborative briefs and brainstorming. We put our egos aside and stepped out of our silos to create honest work that works for our clients.

So, here’s to 2025! The year we grew up, showed up and levelled up. Thank you for being part of our story. See you in 2026!

To our incredible clients, thank you. 2025 was bold, busy and beautifully unpredictable. Through every late-night brainstorm and last-minute brief, you trusted us to keep the creativity coming, and we’re so grateful for the ride.
